Black and White Rhapsodies Group gathers black and white photograph enthusiasts in Thailand. Established in 2002, we aims to be a network hub of those who enjoy black and white photograph and to share knowledge relating to the matter.

It was the intention of our first three founders for the group to gradually grow and expand in order to maintain close, casual relationship among members. From those people joining the group, we hope that they will eventually contribute qualitied black and white works in the near future.

The name "Black and White Rhapsodies Group" was invented by Mr. Chaipong Kittinaradorn, one of the founders, signifying intense interest and dedication to black and white photograph and its creating process. Our stand point is to pay attention solely on black and white work created by traditional filming and chemical paper printing process only, thus exclude any form of digital photographing and relating processes. Please be noticed that this is just a pure, agreed intention of the group. We do not judge the value of those two photographic approaches or try to devalue any particular approach.
